Cloud painted cake roll
Overview
I like the blue sky and white clouds. I think the clouds are as soft as cotton candy. I really want to take a bite! Today we are going to make a cloud-painted cake roll that is soft and satisfying to the senses! Still using the Dongling DL-K30A oven, with a golden capacity of 28 liters, 25 smart menus, and one-step temperature difference control, which is convenient and fast!

Steps
-
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. The capacity of the egg whites should ensure that there is no water or oil, and there should be no egg yolk residue. Mix the milk and corn oil evenly (no oil stars can be seen);
-
Add sifted low-gluten flour and mix evenly (it’s OK if you can’t see any flour), then add 4 egg yolks and mix evenly;
-
Add the white sugar to the egg whites in 3 batches and beat until the foam is obvious (large curved hook). Take 1 spoon of egg yolk paste and 2 spoons of egg whites and mix them evenly. Put them into a piping bag, draw a cloud-shaped batter on the baking sheet, bake in the oven for 1 minute and take out;
-
Add the blue coloring to the remaining egg whites and stir evenly again. Add to the egg yolk paste in 3 batches and mix evenly with cutting and stirring techniques. Pour into the baking pan and smooth the surface with a spatula. Pick up the baking pan and tap it on the countertop a few times to knock out big bubbles. Heat the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, shake the pan until it is lukewarm to demold;

I wanted to eat something lighter, so I used homemade passion fruit and pear jam for the filling of the cake roll. It’s sour, sweet and so delicious. Have you been attracted by the delicious and beautiful cloud-painted cake roll?
