Garlic Kale
Overview
I haven’t posted in a long time haha... I took this photo on a whim today. I took it while I was doing it, so please forgive me for the bad photos. The garlic flavor of this dish is rich and refreshing with a little sweetness.

Wash the kale. 2. Chop the garlic.

Boil water in a pot.

Add a small amount of salt and oil so that the vegetables that have been boiled will be green and shiny. Boil them for about a minute and then take them out

Remove the vegetables and set aside for later use.

Heat the pan and pour oil, then add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Pour the kale into the pot and stir-fry for a while, then add sugar and salt and stir-fry evenly before serving.
