  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into thick slices and steam for 20 minutes, grind into puree and add appropriate amount of starch to increase the stickiness

  2. Season the meat filling: chopped green onion, salt, a little cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a little starch

  3. Soak black rice and glutinous rice for two hours in advance, drain the water and set aside

  4. Grab a small handful of mashed potatoes and press it into a pancake shape, wrap it in a small ball of meat filling, roll it into a round ball with your hands, roll it in black rice, and put a "black coat" on it

  5. Wrap a few more glutinous rice balls in the same way, place on a plate, steam for fifteen minutes

  6. The finished product is light, nutritious and delicious
