Braised tilapia
Overview
I went to the supermarket today and saw a big tilapia, weighing two pounds and very heavy. I carried it back.

Prepare all ingredients. (Wash the fish, add cooking wine, apply a little salt and marinate evenly, wash all the ginger, celery, green onion, cut into sections, shred the ginger)

Put a little oil in a non-stick pan, heat it up and add the tilapia.

Turn the fish over on both sides, add shredded ginger, fry on both sides until golden brown, and pour in a little cooking wine.

Transfer the tilapia to the wok, add the green onions, celery and garlic sprouts (put the front ones, and set aside the back ones)

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt

Add an appropriate amount of water (the water is even with the fish body), cover the pot, and simmer until the juice is reduced

After the juice is collected, add the onion segments, celery segments and garlic sprouts.

Assemble the plate and finish the product (rinse the plate with boiling water)
