Roasted Pork Fat---Oven Recipe
Overview
Once I bought pork fat and stir-fried it with lard. I thought the fat skin was so thick. I was thinking that it would be good to bake this big piece of fat in the oven. So, I tried roasting this piece of fat-free meat and burned out the oil in the fat meat. It was fragrant and sticky. Fragrant, waxy, not greasy.
