Overview

Ingredients: 400g mutton. Marinade: onions, ginger, cooking wine, oil, and appropriate amount of salt. Seasoning: a small spoon of cumin powder, a small spoon of chili powder, a large spoon of cooked sesame. Preparation steps: 1. Cut the mutton into large slices, mix well with marinade and marinate for at least an hour. 2. Mix cumin powder and chili powder. 3. Soak toothpicks in boiling water for at least half an hour in advance. 4. Thread the marinated mutton on toothpicks. 5. Heat oil in the pot, add mutton to about 70% heat and fry until it changes color. Take out the hot oil, pour in the mutton and continue to fry until the surface is golden brown. 6. Leave a little base oil in the pot, pour in chili cumin powder and stir well, add mutton and stir well, turn off the heat, sprinkle in sesame seeds and mix well!
