Cantonese people love to eat clams~ I won’t fry them today~ Let’s have some homemade baked clams~ Eat them after killing them all on stage~ I won’t let go of the clam juice either~

  1. First wash the clams, add a little minced ginger and minced garlic seasoning, mix well and put on a plate

  2. Seal a piece of tinfoil on the top of the dish ~ seal the entire top of the dish

  3. Place the dish directly on the gas stove and cook

  4. Cook for about two or three minutes, and when you see steam coming out, cook for another ten seconds or so and it will be done

  5. Open the tin foil (be careful with the steam)

  6. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, mix well and enjoy. It is sweet and fragrant with peanut oil~
