  1. Remove the roots from the enoki mushrooms and soak them in salt water. Good enoki mushrooms are said to be about 15cm in length and have a hemispherical top. I bought the enoki mushrooms a few days ago and kept them in the refrigerator, so they looked a little ugly. It is recommended to eat this stuff as soon as you buy it. If you store it, you should open the packaging bag and store it to prevent it from getting rotten by water vapor.

  2. Start adding water to the pot and add salt and cook for about 3 minutes. In this way, the cooked enoki mushrooms will not be too rotten and will be more chewy and refreshing. Adding salt can also sterilize them. Take it out and rinse it with cold boiled water and set aside. Children's shoes that have not been prepared with cold water can be slightly spread out and allowed to cool naturally. It is also good to use this time to cook other dishes.

  3. I originally added cucumbers as a side dish, but I opened the refrigerator and found that they were gone. Just prepare some spinach, add some salt and boil water until the leaves turn green. Don't take too long. Spinach contains oxalic acid. No matter what you do, you need to boil it in boiling water with a little salt.

The hot sauce here is made by yourself using chili peppers, garlic, sugar, salt, sesame oil, white wine, etc. Make some when you have nothing to do, it’s just right for cold dishes.
