Rye bran duck egg pancake

I’ve run out of eggs at home, and I happen to have rye bran, so I can make a multigrain pancake

Add salt and pepper to the duck eggs and beat evenly

Add a pinch of Kaiyang and continue to beat (Kaiyang is not shrimp skin, it is pure shrimp meat, and the taste is different from shrimp skin)

Add rye bran and flour, stir evenly, and fry in a non-stick pan.

Cut the pancake into small pieces and top with tomato sauce and serve.
