I’ve been learning to bake for a year, and I’m just now posting recipes. I have cooked a lot of delicious food in the past year, and I will slowly organize and upload them next. This savory egg tart is very suitable for the elderly who do not want to eat sweets. My parents think it tastes very good and they think it is even more delicious than ordinary egg tarts. Take the flying cakes out of the refrigerator and defrost them at room temperature.

Add eggs, five-spice powder, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, minced green onions, and pepper to the minced meat, mix well, and set aside.

Put two pieces of thawed flying cake skin together, roll them out with a rolling pin, roll them into a cylinder, and cut them into 8 sections with a knife. Put the two pieces together, press them with your hands, and put them into the tart mold to form a thin egg tart crust with a thick side.
