Stir-fried prawns

Remove the threads from the prawns, wash them, add carrots, cucumbers, onions, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Cut cucumbers and carrots into strips, and slice onions, ginger, and garlic.

Heat the pan and cool the oil.

Sauté onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add carrots, cucumbers and shrimps and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt when the shrimp turns red.

Stir fry a few times, add a little less water and simmer for three minutes.

Remove from the pan.
