Fried Bean Curd
Overview
Cantonese people always eat hot pot without fried yuba. My father also likes to eat it. So sometimes I will fry some myself because it is cleaner and hygienic

Ingredients
Steps
-
I went to the market and bought half a catty of yuba
-
Put oil in the pot. (I am used to putting in less oil each time. I don’t use it just after frying. If you are not too experienced, you can put twice as much oil as in my picture) When the oil is 80% hot, turn to medium-low heat and add the yuba
-
Then use chopsticks to flip quickly. Remember to use medium to small heat to fry
-
Remember to keep turning the yuba during the process so that the yuba can be fried evenly (you can add a little more oil and fry it according to your own needs. More oil will make the operation easier)
-
Fry until golden brown and take it out
