Dice green onions, carrots, and sausages respectively and put them in a basin.

Then put corn kernels in the basin and stir evenly. (The corn kernels I used are cooked)

Then add salt, pepper and sugar. If you want a sweeter taste, add a little more sugar and mix evenly.

Add cornmeal and flour to the basin and mix well.

Add water while stirring, in small amounts and often.

Keep adding until it feels thicker, with no dripping as the standard.

Put peanut oil in the pan, until it is six ripe, then add the cake base.

I scooped it in with a spoon, but it actually looks better if I ball it into a round shape with my hands.

Fry one side until cooked, and then fry the other side. The golden color with red color is particularly beautiful.
