Black pepper colored beef cubes
Overview
The beef cubes are super delicious~~~ The ones sold in restaurants are expensive, so just go back and cook them yourself, hehe;-) You can also replace the green and red peppers with king oyster mushrooms and fry them together, which is also delicious.

Dice beef green and red pepper, mince onion, ginger and garlic. A piece of butter and a bag of black pepper. I didn't buy the black pepper juice. It would probably taste better with black pepper juice.

Add appropriate amount of starch, black pepper powder, cooking wine, oil and light soy sauce to the beef cubes and mix well. Leave it for a while to get the flavor.

Put two-thirds of the butter in the pot and fry the beef cubes until they change color, take it out and set aside.

Add the remaining butter and sauté the onions, ginger and garlic.

Fry the green and red peppers for a few times.

Add beef cubes.

Add some water to the pot, just enough to cover the bottom of the pot. After boiling, simmer over low heat for two to three minutes. Open the lid, add salt, a little honey, a spoonful of tomato paste, and sprinkle some black pepper. Remove the juice over high heat. The juice is almost as thick as it should be.

The beef has a texture that can be chewed easily, and the green and red peppers are sweet and delicious. I don't like to eat undercooked beef, so I cook it for a little longer. You can adjust the heat according to your taste.
