Tofu skin meat roll
Overview
Tofu skin is called Qianzhangpi here, and it can be divided into thin and thick ones. The thin one is suitable for hot pot, and the latter one is more suitable for stir-frying. Today I am using the thick one!

Prepare the ingredients and chop the pork in advance

Add all the seasonings to the minced pork and mix well

Add carrots and mix well
