Garlic fungus
Overview
My family planted a fungus tree this year, and I didn’t expect it to grow so vigorously. The vegetable shelves were full of vegetables, and I couldn’t finish them all after planting one tree. Today I picked some more and fried them to make my husband's favorite flavor, garlic. Fungus vegetables may look inconspicuous, but they are actually very nutritious. The vegetables contain the highest amounts of calcium, iron and other elements, making them a good calcium supplement. Fungus is low in calories and fat, has heat-clearing and detoxifying properties, and can be used to treat constipation, dermatitis and other diseases.
