Materials are ready.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add sago.

Stir constantly with a spoon, cook until the water boils, then turn off the heat, let cool slightly, then turn on the heat and bring to the boil, repeat this 3 times.

Until the sago becomes transparent and crystal clear, scoop out the sago and drain.

Wash the mango and cut it along the core with a knife. Cut the cut flesh horizontally and vertically and turn it over gently.

You can easily remove the pulp by pressing a knife against the skin.

Add appropriate amount of sugar to the milk, heat it, pour in the sago and cook briefly.

After the milk sago cools down slightly, add the mango slices.
