Pour out the coconut milk;

Scoop out the coconut meat;

Put the coconut milk and coconut meat into a juicer and crush them;

Add coconut milk, eggs, flour, salt, sugar, yeast, and olive oil to the bread bucket in sequence, and use chopsticks to stir into a flocculent form (salt and sugar are placed diagonally to avoid contact with yeast and affect fermentation);

Start the bread machine and mix a program for 30 minutes;

Start the yogurt function and ferment until it doubles in size;

Take out the dough and deflate it thoroughly;

Divide into small portions of the same size, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10-15 minutes;

Shape into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper;

Put a cup of water in the oven, start the fermentation function of the oven, and ferment until doubled in size; brush with a layer of egg wash and sprinkle with a layer of cooked white sesame seeds;

Preheat the oven to 180° and bake for 12-14 minutes.
