Vanilla cigarette cookies
Overview
An unexpected egg white, I couldn't bear to leave it there. I quickly searched for ways to solve the problem. Teacher Meng’s cigarette biscuits seemed to be a good choice. In fact, this is an egg roll made of egg white. I was too lazy to imitate the stripes of matcha cocoa squeezed out by Teacher Meng, so I just made it pure and original. The edge was too thin, so I had no choice but to leave the round cake with a dark edge, but after rolling it up, the effect didn't seem too bad. Just make do with it.
