Soft-boiled eggs with sauce
Overview
This zero-difficulty soft-boiled braised egg can be made successfully even by a novice in the kitchen. The marinated soft-boiled egg is cut in the middle, and the semi-solidified egg yolk slowly flows out. It is used to mix with noodles. It doesn’t need to be perfect with rice!

Boil enough water to cover the eggs in the pot, add the eggs at room temperature, and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes.
