Homemade hamburger
Overview
There are so many additives in the food out there now that you don’t feel safe eating it. Children are the future of our country, and eating nutritiously and well is the most fundamental thing. So I decided to get up half an hour early every day to make breakfast. Today I will make a DIY breakfast that my kids will love💪

Debone the chicken legs (you can ask a chicken vendor to do this for you). Do not throw away the removed chicken bones. You can keep them for making soup. Clean the boneless chicken thighs, add all the seasonings, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight for flavor.

I woke up early and fried the chicken legs that had been marinated overnight in the refrigerator over low heat (it is recommended to use a non-stick pan). Remember to control the oil after frying.
-
Rinse the glass lettuce with cold water

I originally wanted to make a whole piece, but my child said that the lettuce in a certain fast food restaurant was shredded, so okay, just tear it into pieces
-
This mold I bought N years ago has finally come in handy😃. The fried eggs are round and just right on the hamburger.

Boom boom boom, the most important protagonist is here👉👉👉hamburger embryo

Put the lettuce, eggs, and chicken thighs into the buns in sequence (in any order). The remaining lettuce shreds are used as decoration around the edges. Of course, they can also be eaten😄. Pair it with a cup of milk, a few walnuts, and two kiwi fruits. Well, a wonderful day has begun🌹

I couldn’t help it, so I took one bite... It seemed like I had already taken two bites, haha😜
