Overview
Many friends from Meitian asked me how I made the longevity peach cake. I haven’t had time to upload recipes, 😬 I finally have some free time today, everyone is welcome to come and take a look.

If the mold you bought is not cut like this, then do it yourself and use a super sharp knife to cut it, but don’t cut it all the way, just cut it to the position in the picture
-
Then cover it with a rubber band and circle it gently. There is no need to circle it too tightly, because the silicone mold has a very good seal, and the liquid will not be exposed as long as it is circled. Put it in the freezer for a while
-
When the mold is frozen. Chop the chocolate.
-
Heat over water until melted
-
After melting, let cool until it is about the same temperature as your hand
-
Take the mold out of the freezer. Pour the white chocolate into the mold. Pick up the mold and shake it gently to prevent bubbles in the finished product. Let it sit for a while, about 3 to 4 minutes
-
After 3 to 4 minutes, pour out the white chocolate from the mold.
-
After pouring it out, you can see that there is a layer of chocolate hanging inside the mold
-
Then immediately put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate for about 5 minutes. The refrigerating time is optional. You can touch the inner wall with your hands to see if it has hardened. Once it becomes hard, it can be removed from the mold
-
After it is completely solidified, gently push the mold apart with your hands
-
Open it with both hands and place your thumbs against the middle of the bottom of the mold. Push it out gently
-
The force must be gentle.
-
After successful demoulding, refrigerate to set. Any time
-
Take out the peach and use your hands to polish the surface of the peach and the concave part of the peach
-
Top of peach
-
The upper part of the peach
-
This facilitates the coloring of spray powder. The surface of the freshly unmolded peaches is very smooth. Rubbing it for a few times will make it easier for the powder to color
-
Place the peaches in the sink so the spray powder doesn't get everywhere. Then squeeze and spray the powder evenly.
-
Take your time, don’t rush

Take a look at what I did before

The cake would be even more beautiful with peaches as a foil
-
More vivid than those squeezed out of cream. You can still eat it 😘
