Apple Pie
Overview
I bought a few apples today. Our family often buys apples to eat. I added them to bread and made apple pie. It was sweet and delicious. I ate 2 pieces after baking them. I took a bite and felt full of satisfaction! Apples are rich in nutritional value. It is recommended that everyone eat more apples on weekdays! Apples can not only regulate gastrointestinal function, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, prevent cancer, lose weight, but also enhance children's memory. Apples not only contain a variety of vitamins, lipids, minerals, sugars and other nutrients necessary for the brain, but also contain fine fibers that are beneficial to children's growth and development, and zinc that can enhance children's memory. Zinc is an essential element in the composition of nucleic acids and proteins that are closely related to memory. Zinc deficiency can cause underdevelopment of the hippocampus in the marginal part of the cerebral cortex. In order to make our memory good, it is recommended that we should eat more apples reasonably and appropriately.

Steps
-
Except butter and fillings, put other liquids in the corner of the bread machine, put high-gluten flour on top, make a hole for yeast, cover it, start the kneading process, 20 minutes, (beat an egg and beat it, take 15 grams of whole egg liquid and put it into the bread machine, and use the rest to brush the surface of the bread)
-
Add butter and continue kneading process for 20 minutes
-
Take a piece of film that can be pulled out and start the fermentation process for 1 hour and 30 minutes
-
At this time we make the stuffing, prepare the stuffing, peel, core and cut the apples into small pieces,
-
Put a dry pot on low heat, add water and sugar,
-
Keep shoveling to prevent the pot from sticking. Boil the sugar until it is slightly yellow and stir in the butter.
-
Melt the butter, add diced apples, the apples will release water, turn to medium heat and continue to stir-fry until the juice is reduced and serve out,
-
The dough ferments until it is 2 to 3 times its original size!
-
Take out the exhaust, divide it into 6 lumps, each lump is about 70 grams, and let it rest for 15 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it out into square slices, use a knife to remove the edges, and cut into pieces 9 cm wide and 10 cm long (you can also cut the size according to your preference)
-
Use a wavy cutter to cut out long lace shapes from the cut edges (you can also cut them directly into long strips, or into any shape you like)
-
Put tin foil on the baking sheet, put in the cut bread cubes, brush all sides with egg wash, put the strips on it, press it lightly to make it stick to it, use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of apple filling, and spread it evenly on top! Brush the surface of the surrounding strips with egg wash,
-
Braid the lace strips evenly on top, press lightly around them, and stick them tightly.
-
Do everything in order, brush with egg wash, and preheat the oven!
-
Put it in the middle rack of the oven and heat it up and down to 170 degrees for 20 minutes until the bread is colored and smells fragrant!
-
When it came out of the oven, the house was filled with the sweet aroma of apples and bread. I couldn't help but sneak in 2 of them. One bite was full of satisfaction!

Plate it! Beautiful!
