Rose flower cookies
Overview
On 520 Confession Day, foodies must express their love in a foodie way. I specially made cookies in the shape of roses, one for each family member, and told them I love them with delicious food! I melted some white chocolate and dipped a little on the edge to stick some rose petals. Although it didn't make the cookies look better, the chocolate made them taste more fragrant. My son especially likes the ones with chocolate. Also, this cookie is not made with butter and eggs, but with butter and light cream. It has a richer milky flavor and a very crispy texture.
