Braised Pork Ribs with Dried Beans
Overview
Recently, I really want to eat dried beans. This is probably a dried vegetable unique to the Northeast. I asked a friend to bring dried beans from my hometown and tried making them. It was pretty good.

Soak dried beans in hair, wash and set aside.

Heat the pork ribs and set aside.

Accessories are available for later use.

Heat the oil in the pan for a while, add the ingredients and pork ribs, and stir-fry.

Add some sugar and dark soy sauce and continue stir-frying.

Stir fry evenly over medium heat

Add the soup and bring to a simmer, then turn to low heat, add salt and pepper, and simmer for 20 minutes until the soup is reduced.
