Prepare 200 grams of gluten flour and 300 grams of warm water.

Pour warm water into the gluten flour little by little and knead it into a dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it for an hour.

Press the dough and cut into small pieces.

Use two chopsticks to hold one end, place the other end on the chopsticks, and tuck the end to secure it.

First pull out one chopstick, then the other.

Put it in a pot and cook over low heat until it floats.

Rinse it with cold water several times and put it on a bamboo stick.

Use a knife to cut in circles.

Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

Add some cumin powder, white sesame seeds, and water to the barbecue sauce and mix thoroughly.

Spread evenly over the gluten and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
