Jam cake
Overview
Cake and jam are a perfect match. Sandwich the jam between two cakes, and pair it with a cup of coffee or milk to make breakfast or afternoon tea, whatever you want.

Separate the egg whites and yolks and place them in clean basins without oil and water.

Pour the mixed cake batter into a golden baking pan. If it is not a non-stick baking pan, put it on greased paper and shake it lightly a few times to release big bubbles.

Preheat the oven, upper and lower heat, 175 degrees, middle layer, bake for about 20 minutes,

Let it cool until warm, take out the cake body and cut into long strips,
