Eat nonsense and be rational
Overview
I had some barbecue ingredients left over from grilling New Orleans wings, so I couldn't bear to throw them away, so I marinated some chicken and fried it. My mother-in-law said this was called eating nonsense, haha!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Debone the chicken legs and cut them quickly, marinate them with the remaining New Orleans barbecue sauce and prepare them the night before.
-
Wash the konjac knots
-
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, put oil in the electric pan, and fry the potato pieces until golden brown. To be honest, it tastes very delicious when eaten like this.
-
Dice onion, ginger and garlic.
-
Put oil in the pan and heat it
-
Add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant
-
Add the marinated chicken and fry for fifteen minutes
-
Add the fried potato cubes and konjac knots, add salt and peppercorns to taste. Sauté for five minutes.
-
On the plate, the taste is just okay, not as fragrant as the fried chicken marinated in onions, ginger, garlic and soy sauce peppercorns.
