Prepare green peppers

Roast the green peppers black and soak them in cold water

Rinse it with tap water and remove the black skin

Tear it into strips by hand

Rinse the eggs first with clean water, put them in a pot of cold water and boil for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 8 minutes.

Put the eggs into cold water and peel them so they won't be too hot. Peel the eggs and cut them into chunks
-
Put the garlic in a masher, add some salt and mash it into minced garlic

Mix half of the sauce with chili peppers and pour half with eggs

Place the eggs and pour the prepared sauce
