Choose the best mung beans
-
Soak in water for 12 hours

The soaked mung beans pop open and sprout white sprouts

Make a box with holes at the bottom. Place two layers of gauze on the bottom of the box, then spread the soaked mung beans on top, and finally cover the surface of the mung beans with two layers of gauze! Water every day and just wet the gauze. The box containing the mung beans should be placed in a dark place without light to prevent the mung beans from sprouting and turning red when exposed to light.
-
After about three to four days of watering (depending on the temperature), the mung bean sprouts will almost grow and are ready for cooking! (If the shading effect is not good, the mung bean sprouts will be a little red, which will not affect the consumption)
