Have all kinds of materials ready.

Add sugar to eggs, place a plate of hot water under the plate, and beat at high speed. (Since my eggs were taken out of the refrigerator, I used hot water. For room temperature eggs, warm water can be used.)

Whisk until the batter does not fall down when you lift the whisk and forms a curved hook shape.

Sift in the low-gluten flour in batches and stir evenly.

Add cooking oil and stir evenly.

Pour the batter into the mold until it is nine-thirds full.
