Frozen raw vannamei shrimp.

Take five shrimps and set aside.

Peel and devein the shrimps, wash them and put them in a bowl.

Add a little cooking wine and cornstarch and marinate for five minutes.

Cooked soybeans, set aside.

Cut green onions into small pieces and set aside.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add shrimps, stir-fry until golden brown, then add green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, continue to add soybeans, add a little salt to taste, stir-fry once.
