Prepare the ingredients: banana, caster sugar, whipping cream, gelatine powder, 6-inch sponge cake, regular silicone mold;

Put banana, fine sugar and 62g of purified water into a mixing cup and beat into smooth banana puree;

Mix gelatine powder with 40g purified water and stir evenly;
