Curry Chicken
Overview
I recently watched a friend of my colleague eat curry hotpot. My mouth really wants to eat curry. So make a chicken curry! Remember, the most important thing about this dish is that the tomatoes should be added at the end. Also, don’t cook the curry until it becomes mushy, otherwise it will become bitter. If you think the curry cubes are too Japanese and have no curry flavor, you can skip the curry cubes. The same goes for curry powder, and the steps are the same.

Cut the chicken legs into cubes, dice the garlic, marinate with salt, sugar, a little soy flour and oil.
-
Cut potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, and onions into cubes. Put it into the pot, stir-fry and then add one to two bowls of water.
-
When the water boils, add the marinated chicken legs. Put the lid back on.
-
After the potatoes, chicken, etc. are cooked, add the whole box of curry cubes.
-
After the curry cubes have melted, add about half a can of coconut milk and it’s time to season. No need to add sugar as coconut water is already sweet enough, just add salt.
-
Finally, add the diced tomatoes and let it roll.
-
Add green onions and it’s ready to go!
