Fried oysters
Overview
The oysters brought back by my neighbor from Changhai County are very fresh. Dalian people call them sea oysters. When I talk about oysters, I always think of a text I learned in middle school called my uncle Yule. I am very impressed. The last scene is Uncle Yule shucking oysters at the beach. At that time, I was still thinking about what oysters were. Now I know, it turns out to be sea oysters called milk of the sea. They are extremely nutritious. They taste great when fried and dipped in salt and pepper!
