First cut the baby cabbage into long strips, do not chop too finely.

Chop some onions and ginger and set aside.

Put water, green onion, ginger, salt, chicken powder and baby cabbage into the pot and cook for a while, take it out and place it on the bottom of a large bowl. Then add the mutton slices, cook until the mutton changes color, take it out and put it on top of the baby cabbage, and pour the soup on top.
