Overview
Suddenly on a whim, I started drying cabbage in the sun. But I didn’t go to the Asian or Chinese market to buy cabbage. I bought giant American cabbage nearby. Rather than drying it, it was better to dry it. It rained from time to time, so it couldn’t be dried. I had to use a dryer, which was fast and clean.

Separate each leaf of the vegetable and air-dry;

Use a large pot, clean it, there are no oil stars, put a large pot of water, boil, add 3 tablespoons of salt, drag the cabbage into the boiling water, don't leave it for too long, just put it in hot water for a while;

Mop the water and then air dry until no more water drips;

Just put it in the dryer to dry, let it cool after drying, and seal it in a tight bag.
