  1. The main material is a chicken.

  2. Chop into small pieces.

  3. Prepare the ingredients, 60 ml of cooking oil, 60 ml of cooking wine, 60 ml of light soy sauce, 5 slices of ginger, and 5 star anise.

  4. Turn up the heat in the pan, add 60 ml of oil to heat, add the chicken pieces and fry until slightly golden brown.

  5. Add 5 slices of ginger and 5 star anise and stir-fry.

  6. Add 60 ml of cooking wine and 60 ml of light soy sauce in turn and stir-fry evenly. (Do not add water)

  7. Add a small spoonful of sugar and stir-fry evenly.

  8. Cover tightly and simmer the chicken pieces until cooked through.

  9. When the chicken pieces are almost cooked, open the lid and collect the juice until thick and dry, then turn off the heat.
