Refreshing drink - fried rice soup
Overview
Fried rice soup is a popular summer drink to relieve the heat in some areas of northern my country. I remember when I was a kid, during summer vacation, we would go to work in the fields. My grandma would always make fried rice soup for us at home. After it cooled down, it had a fragrant and refreshing taste, which was very thirst-quenching. Fried rice soup has a good effect in relieving summer heat, reducing internal heat and treating diarrhea in summer. According to historical records, fried rice soup contains many nutrients, such as vitamins, proteins, trace elements, etc. Drinking fried rice soup can help supplement various nutrients needed by the body, thereby making the body healthier. Today I thought of making fried rice soup because I saw my colleagues drinking tartary buckwheat tea. It felt similar to the fried rice in our hometown, which brought back memories of my childhood.
