Put all the main ingredients in the bread machine and mix

Mix the dough until smooth and add butter

Mix the dough until the membrane can be pulled out and ferment to 2.5 times in size

Divide into 6 equal parts and relax

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a round piece

Fold in half

Then roll out the growth aspects

Roll up

Place into rectangular cake

The cake mold is relatively small, so it needs to be fermented until it is 10 minutes full

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, covering with tin foil
