  1. Put all the main ingredients in the bread machine and mix

  2. Mix the dough until smooth and add butter

  3. Mix the dough until the membrane can be pulled out and ferment to 2.5 times in size

  4. Divide into 6 equal parts and relax

  5. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a round piece
