Bean and diced pork buns
Overview
I especially like to eat beans lately. I can’t buy beans buns from outside, so I just make them myself. Hehe

Kneading noodles. Slowly add water to the ordinary flour, knead it with chopsticks into a flocculent shape, and then knead it into a dough with your hands. The dough must be kneaded first and then rested for a while so that the dough can be soft and chewy.
-
Prepare the filling. I forgot to take a picture when I was cutting it. Cut the pork into dices, add light soy sauce, mix well and marinate it first so that the meat will be more flavorful. Dice beans and chives and set aside. I also added a little coriander, if you don’t like it, don’t add it. Pour the diced beans, scallion segments, coriander segments, and diced pork together, and the light soy sauce for marinating the pork. Add a small amount of light soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, and peanut oil (add a little more for deliciousness), mix well, and set aside.

Roll out the dough and wrap the stuffing. Just pinch it as you like, as long as you can wrap it up. Anyway, eat it by yourself, don’t be too particular about it, haha

My bag really doesn’t look good either.

Steam in a pot. The beans I bought are very tender and can be cooked over high heat for 20 minutes.

Okay, let’s eat. It doesn’t look good when you make it, but you are also very happy when you eat it.
