Heat a pan, pour oil, wait until the oil is hot, pick up a piece of steamed bun, dip it in the egg liquid for two or three seconds, then put it into the pan, wait until golden brown, then flip over and fry this side until golden brown. (My steamed buns were leftovers from my cousin who tore them apart and ate them for fun. They didn’t meet the previous standards. They weren’t very pretty.)

It is recommended to clamp it when it is time to put it. If it is too early, the egg liquid will be absorbed by the steamed bun slices, so how many eggs will be used, and if it gets wet, it will ruin the taste. It is also recommended to turn on medium-low heat, and you have to put it in, toss it, and turn it over. The high heat will make you rush to blame the pot. o(╯□╰)o Just like in my picture, I missed it this time, so I will give you a lesson. I will post new photos next time)

This is the finished product, haha. Very suitable for me who likes salty food.
