Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and remove the roots of enoki mushrooms
-
Thaw the bacon and cut it in half
-
Blanch the enoki mushrooms in boiling water. I blanch them in a stew pot and didn’t take a picture
-
Sprinkle pepper over the bacon and add a wisp of enoki mushrooms.
-
Roll it up and secure it with toothpicks
-
Place on a plate and sprinkle a little pepper on the surface
-
Take a small bowl, add a spoonful of oil and a spoonful of very fresh soy sauce to make the juice, brush it on the bacon and enoki mushrooms, and preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
-
Cut the seaweed into small strips with scissors
-
When it comes out of the oven, you can remove the toothpick
-
Take a piece of seaweed and roll it into a bacon roll. The bacon is oily and the seaweed can be rolled up easily.

The bacon rolls are ready here, and they taste even more delicious when eaten hot!
