Preserved egg mixed with coriander
Overview
Although the weather is getting colder, I still like to eat cold dishes, and when the cold dishes are not appetizing, you can eat some cold dishes as an appetizer. Today I mixed preserved eggs with coriander for my family. The aroma of coriander and the special flavor of preserved eggs can especially stimulate appetite.
