Wash the asparagus and cut it into inch-long pieces, leaving the head of the asparagus a little longer than an inch and a half

Boil the asparagus in water until cooked and stir it up

Bacon slices cut into two pieces

Beat two eggs

Add a little salt to the beaten egg liquid, spread it into egg skin, and cut the egg skin into wide strips

Roll up the asparagus with bacon to expose the tip and secure with toothpicks

Fry in a pan until one side is cooked, flip over and fry the other side

When both sides are cooked, take out the toothpick
