Onion Bacon Salted Muffins

Onion Bacon Salted Muffins

Overview

When I first saw that recipe, I thought of Junzhi’s Pastoral Pizza Cake because of the mozzarella. Taking a closer look, it feels more like one of Teacher Meng’s salty muffins. I dug out Teacher Meng’s little cake, and sure enough, it was. The only difference is that Teacher Meng uses bacon, while this recipe uses red sausage, and Teacher Meng’s cake is seasoned with sugar, while this recipe has no sugar, only salt. Teacher Meng’s muffins are sweet and salty, but this one is purely salty. I have never tried pure salty muffins. It doesn’t matter if there is no red sausage, there is bacon, and I don’t really like ham anyway. Replace the red sausage with bacon and use the last two slices; if you don't like a lot of oil, swap the amounts of milk and oil. Don't worry about the steps of this recipe, just follow Teacher Meng's method, and the final effect will be very good. The pure salty muffin has a unique taste. . . .
