Angi fish and tofu soup
Overview
We had fried rice for lunch, and my husband asked for fish and tofu soup (of course because we are good at it, haha). But it seems that there was too much water today, but it doesn’t matter, deliciousness is the most important thing.

Wash the anchovy, slice ginger, cut green onion, and a box of lactone tofu, everything is ready

Wash and heat, pour in a small amount of oil and heat.

Drain the fish body with kitchen paper and put it into the pot

Fry until both sides are golden brown, then sprinkle in rice wine, add appropriate amount of water, add ginger slices at the same time, and start cooking.

Turn on the fire, this is the heat

After about 4-5 minutes, the soup will turn milky white.

During these 4-5 minutes, prepare the tofu. Just put the tofu in the box and use a small blade to cut it into a grid as shown in the picture

Pour the prepared tofu into the milky white soup

After cooking for a few more minutes, add salt and chopped green onion, and that’s it. Haha
