Steps
-
For the post-oiling method, first add the liquid, sugar and salt, then add the flour and yeast, and start the bread machine until the dough mixing process is complete.
-
Add butter and continue kneading process to the end.
-
Let the dough rise until 2.5 times in size.
-
Take out the fermented dough and flatten it to deflate.
-
Divide into 12 small portions, cover tightly and let rest for 10 minutes.
-
Take a small amount and roll it into a long strip.
-
Hold both ends with your fingers and twist into a rope shape.
-
Insert the twisted end through the small hole on the other end to complete. As shown in the figure
-
Place all the shaped dough into a greased baking pan. Put it in the oven to start the fermentation setting, put a cup of warm water underneath, and ferment the dough for the second time until it doubles in size.
-
Take out the fermented dough and lightly brush the surface with a layer of egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.
-
Put it into the middle rack of the oven and bake it for 20 minutes at 180 degrees with upper and lower heat. Remove from the mold immediately (check the color of the bread according to your own oven temperament)
-
Finished product. The taste is soft and the brushing effect is great.
