Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel and wash the hawthorns and set aside (if you don’t have a special corer, you can try using a ballpoint pen holder. I have personally tested it and it’s super easy to use)
-
Soak the white fungus, remove the roots and tear into small pieces. Add appropriate amount of water to a casserole and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes
-
Add the cored hawthorn and cook for one minute (it is not advisable to cook the hawthorn for too long, as it will break the shape and affect the taste)
-
Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar to taste and immediately turn off the heat and use the residual heat of the casserole to simmer for a while
-
The finished product picture, the pink color is very attractive, don’t you think
