Add half a spoonful of salt and appropriate amount of warm water to a large basin, put in the yuba and soak for half an hour

Slice carrots, remove seeds from green pepper and slice

Take a small bowl, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and an appropriate amount of water to make a sauce

Cut the soaked yuba into approximately 4cm pieces

Heat oil in a pan, add carrots and green peppers and stir-fry for a few times

Add the yuba and stir-fry for a few times

Add appropriate amount of sauce and simmer over low heat for a minute or two. Finally add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence
